Collaborations/Research Commission
We will make every effort to get smooth collaboration for research activities, standardization activities, technology transfer, etc. in order to execute smoothly the industry-academia-government collaborative works as for the joint research, commission research, creation and utilization of intellectual property.
This research and development means to commission the adopted research and development to private sectors, universities, etc. who propose the adopted research and development after the evaluation committee has examined the raised and designated assignment which had been determined through the committee's examination, in order to plan more effective research and development by utilizing the research facilities of private sectors, etc. and the ability of researchers.
We will execute, by commission, the adopted research and development after being examined by the external evaluation committee, while raising publicly the research and development assignment where it is expected to form the intellectual property to contribute towards the future standardization and commission partners from private sectors, targeting the research and development in high risk, which cannot be executed only by private sectors.
We will execute after accepting the research which can be judged useful to expect multiplier effect in the proper research in order that we utilize the capacity of research and development in NICT from companies, universities, public research organizations, etc. In case of inventions, etc. through the research accepted, the implementation right is given to the person who commissions it or the designated person.
