Employment of Researchers

The research staff whose employment period is not prescribed is engaged normally in research and development affairs, but will have a chance to be engaged in management affairs, etc. in future.

  (This recruitment requires the ability to speak, read and write Japanese enough to have no trouble with daily life and workplace. English version is not prepared.)

It is the job engaged in the research affairs according to the specific research during the limited period. (The employment contract has two kinds of periods. One is possible to renew the contract period until the following fiscal years. The other is prescribed not to renew the contract period.)

*As a basic salary is compliant with government employees' wages, it shall be changed when a basic salary is changed after labor union and the like of NICT agreed under a revision to the government employees'
wages.
