About Workshop

The workshop is primarily intended for researchers interested in Netherlands – Japan collaborative research.
The workshop aims to establish a framework for Netherlands – Japan collaborative research by broadly sharing technological trends and research directions in relevant fields in both the Netherlands and Japan. While facilitating discussions per focus area on research themes that should be strengthened jointly by the two countries, it provides an opportunity to promote mutual understanding and to stimulate interaction among participants.
Presentations by speakers are intended to serve as a starting point for discussion. The Workshop is designed as an open platform where all participants—whether speakers or audience members—can actively engage and interact with one another. Audience participation will be through the online chat function.
In other words, the objective of the Workshop is to provide all participants with an equitable opportunity to explore potential future collaborations.
