NICT researcher selected to "Highly Cited Researcher 2021"

"Highly Cited Researchers" are selected by Clarivate Analytics from authors who have published multiple highly cited papers that rank in the top 1% by citations for field and publication year in the Web of Science^TM citation index. The 2021 list identifies some 6,600 researchers from more than 70 countries and regions who demonstrated significant influence in their respective field (87 researchers from Japan).

In 2021, Dr. Masataka Higashiwaki, Director of Green ICT Device Laboratory, Koganei Frontier Research Center, Advanced ICT Research Institute, was selected in the "Cross-Field" category.
