A permanent position with no employment term appointed. The position contributes to the R&D of state-of-the-art ICT with a Mid-to-Long Term perspective and carries out research and development management tasks (research project design and related investigations, research project promotion, industry-academia-government collaboration, research fund acquisition and allocation, intellectual property and standardization, etc.). The position may also be involved in management in the future.
