The broadcast of the JJY 60kHz standard radio signal will be suspended due to an antenna line inspection at the Hagane-yama transmission station.
Monday, November 11, 2024 ‐ Thursday, November 14, 2024 |
The standard radio signal is scheduled to be stopped at 8:30‐17:00 Japan Standard Time. |
(The date and time of the outage may be postponed due to weather or other reasons.) |
We apologize for any inconvenience.
The suspension due to the antenna line inspection will be limited to the daytime working hours. Standard radio waves will be transmitted during the night, when most radio-controlled clocks automatically correct their time. There will be no interruption to the operation of ordinary radio-controlled clocks during the inspection period.
Transmission will resume as soon as the work is completed.
