The broadcast of the JJY 60kHz standard radio signal will be suspended due to an antenna construction at the Hagane-yama transmission station.

Friday, December 20, 2024
The standard radio signal is scheduled to be stopped at 8:30‐17:00 Japan Standard Time.
(The date and time of the outage may be postponed due to weather or other reasons.)

We apologize for any inconvenience.

The suspension due to the antenna construction will be limited to the daytime working hours. Standard radio waves will be transmitted during the night, when most radio-controlled clocks automatically correct their time.

Transmission will resume as soon as the work is completed.
